Data We Collect

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Bracken, we collect your mobile phone number solely for the purpose of sending you the SMS messages you have requested. We do not collect any additional data through the SMS service.

No Third-Party Sharing

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Delivery

Messages are delivered through AWS End User Messaging. AWS does not share end user phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Use Your Phone Number

Your phone number is used exclusively to send replies to messages you initiate. We do not use your phone number for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than responding to your inbound messages.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling the SMS toggle in your Bracken account settings. After opting out, no further messages will be sent.
